Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest (RMHC-UM) in partnership with our community, provides a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child’s serious illness or injury. RMHC-UM operates five locations in Minnesota---four in the Twin Cities and one in Duluth serving over 6,700 families a year, providing 76 overnight rooms, meals, and activities for families with kids facing a medical crisis.

This position functions as a key member of the Finance team providing business insight and financial perspective. This position will provide the right candidate a tremendous opportunity to gain an overall understanding of how Ronald McDonald House-Upper Midwest operates and to help chart the course going forward. The right candidate will have the opportunity to put into practice their analytical, problem solving, communication, and people skills. The Staff Accountant supports the CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the financial cycle and will perform multiple duties related to the accounting and administration functions of the organization while meeting established deadlines.
